Tropical Growers is a registered agricultural company based in GHANA. We are into the growing of fruits and vegetables using hydroponics. We also train and educate interested individuals in hydroponics and urban farming. As a company we have now delved into teaching of hydroponics and urban farming in schools. (From primary to secondary school). With past experience in trainings in senior high schools. We have now restructured our training system and in the process of implementing our school garden modules. Which will see Tropical Growers develop school gardens for the schools involved. The students through our trainings will take charge Of the gardens and thus enable us to drive our motive of being able to educate the younger generations in modern farming methods.
Additional Information : Our goal for this project is to make it as interactive and fun as possible. Also being able to create high tech apps and data which can be also used in this teaching process. Giving it a very urban and modern feel. And our goal is to reach as many students and people as people. Being able ti play our part in bridging the food security gap.
